JPS WPPj provides professional and quality services in the planning, design, and implementation of flood management programs, river conservation, environmentally friendly drainage, as well as water and hydrology resources. Our services are based on best engineering practices, taking into consideration environmental, economic, and social sustainability.

In carrying out the following tasks and functions, JPS WPPj will:

• In responding to any public complaints through the SISPAA system related to flood, river, and urban drainage issues within two (2) working days.

• Ensuring that bill and invoice payments are made within fourteen (14) days from the date of complete document receipt (unless otherwise stated in the contract agreement).

• Providing hydrological data and information within fourteen (14) working days.

• Offering technical advice/reviews/feedback within a period not exceeding four (4) weeks.
