Contractors interested in participating in this quotation must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and possess a Contractor Registration Certificate (PKK), Bumiputra Status Certificate (STB), as well as Government Work Procurement Certificate (SPKK) or PPK under the following fields.

The quotation document will only be issued to contractors presenting the original Registration Certificate (PPK and SPKK) issued by CIDB.

Contractors wishing to participate in the above quotation are required to issue a Postal Order/Postal Money Order/Bank Draft of RM10.00 (Malaysian Ringgit: Ten Ringgit Only) payable to the Director-General of the Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysia as payment for the quotation document.

All information and quotation documents can be obtained during office hours at the Tender Unit, Materials Measurement and Contract Management Division, Ground Floor Block A, Main Office of the Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysia, Persiaran Rimba Permai, Cyber 8, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor.

Briefing on the quotation is MANDATORY, and only contractors who attend the briefing are allowed to obtain the quotation documents. Contractors must report at the Department of Irrigation and Drainage, Federal Territory of Putrajaya, Level 1, Block F11, Complex F, Lebuh Perdana Timur, Presint 1, Federal Government Administrative Center, 62000 Putrajaya.

Only company names listed in the Government Work Procurement Certificate (SPKK)/Company Registration Certificate are eligible to attend the quotation briefing.

Quotation documents must be submitted to the Quotation Box at the Department of Irrigation and Drainage, Federal Territory of Putrajaya, Level 1, Block F11, Complex F, Lebuh Perdana Timur, Presint 1, Federal Government Administrative Center, 62000 Putrajaya, not later than 12:00 noon on that day.
